- No. Initial 20-minute calls and the first market-survey conversation are complimentary, whether you're a tenant, landlord, buyer, or seller.
- What should I have ready before the first call?
- Tenants: a one-line description of the use, target square footage, headcount or seat count, and a target move-in date. Landlords and sellers: address, current rent roll or in-place income, and any recent appraisal or BOV. Nothing formal — even back-of-envelope numbers are enough to get started.
- What areas do you cover?
- Keller, Grapevine, and Southlake — exclusively. Daniel does not work assignments outside these three submarkets, which is what keeps the local market knowledge sharp.
- Do you work both sides of a deal?
- Never the same deal. Daniel runs single-sided representation on every assignment — landlord OR tenant, seller OR buyer — so there is no dual-agency conflict on the negotiation.
